Shipments & Returns

GENERAL INFORMATION only do contracts with an adult ( 18 years old) person. Are you a minor you need parental consent. Agreement is reached when you decide to place order at checkout. Prices include VAT at 25 % for purchases to countries within the EU. We reserve the right at all obvious errors , such as price or typographical errors to correct it afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction you may cancel your order for free. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order, for example the item is out of stock or technical problems. If you want to correct your order after you completed your purchase, you have to notice our customer service before your order leaves our warehouse All goods remain ‘s property until full payment has been received by the customer. reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.


We send all of our packages by mail or DHL. Normal delivery time is 1-4 business days. Sometimes it happens that some of the goods you ordered are not in stock and is on backorder , then we reserve us the right to end the sale. Should your order not be shipped on time , you have the right to cancel your purchase. If your package and / or content damaged during transportation, report it immediately at the scene if possible, or to our customer service within 2 business days. If the package is lost during shipment , you must notify our Customer Service within a reasonable time (2 months). sends an order confirmation to the email address you provided before we ship the goods to you. There are two notifications:

E-mail notification to the E-mail you registered when you purchased your product : The announcement is made on the day it arrives at your delivery. Letter Alert : When your package arrives at Post Service Provider or DHL service point sends a note home to you. Bring slip and your ID to the designated service point in releasing your order. To pick up your shipment requires you to present valid identification. Any delay in delivery or final sales will be notified by email . The goods are sent immediately after payment and no additional charge is to expect.


All exchanges are free within Sweden. A change means that you for each returned item decide to purchase a new product. If you return a greater number of goods than switching to it is not defined as a exchange but as a return, see below.


You may return your goods to us within 30 days and get your money back if you change your mind.

If we have sent you the wrong merchandise you can choose to receive a new product or a full refund.

All goods returned must be carefully packaged to avoid damage to the product. It is you, the customer that will bear the cost and risk of transport back to us.
